The apartments are designed to maximize panoramic views, with a layout perpendicular to the street, building a landscape, a stepped geography, to offer an unparalleled view of the coast and the sea. This orientation creates an effect of stepped terraces, which not only offer generous private outdoor areas, but also connect the social areas of each unit with the views and surrounding nature. This strategy allows for a typological variety of units to meet different needs, and also ensures convenient parking for residents.

The design of Beach Haus is based on an exhaustive study of the regulations, which has made it possible to make the most of the physical limits of the construction. This is reflected in a distribution on three levels, clearly defined by the concrete slabs that intertwine with the natural environment, creating a harmonious dialogue between architecture and nature.

The stepped façade of the building blends harmoniously with the surroundings, the result of a meticulous choice of materials and a design adapted to the landscape. The ground floor has separate accesses for vehicles and pedestrians, the latter accessing from the landscape allowing a direct connection with the natural environment through walkways. The parking lot, located under the apartments, is elegantly integrated thanks to the offset of the levels, creating a multiple covered height that qualifies access and highlights the importance of the environment.
