MasMio Guayabos: Architecture that Transforms the City
MasMio Guayabos redefines urban housing with a contemporary architectural proposal that combines quality, functionality and harmonious integration with its environment. Spaces designed to enhance the experience of living in the city.
An income that marks identity.
The access is configured as a transition space between the city and the interior of the building. A large double-height hall, with an artistically intervened interior patio, reinforces the idea of connection between architecture and spatial experience.
Collective spaces with character.
Co-living and commercial premises are integrated with the urban fabric, promoting interaction and dynamic use of the building. Garages and bicycle racks reinforce sustainable mobility and accessibility.
Structure and materiality.
The basis of the designA structural framework of concrete beams and pillars defines the volumetry of the building. The façade is made up of games of solids and voids, with WPC sunshades that provide warmth and light control on a pedestrian scale.
Homes with spaciousness and connection to the outside.
The 110 units, from studio apartments to two bedrooms, are designed to optimize natural light and cross ventilation. Large windows and private terraces maximize the relationship with the urban landscape.
A crowning event designed for the meeting.
The upper level is configured as a space for coexistence and contemplation. A reflecting pool organizes the solarium and the green plaza, while the closed barbecue with panoramic views and the covered grills generate an atmosphere of enjoyment and socialization.
Design and landscape in balance
Structural façade with a composition of volumes that dialogues with the city.
Parasols and solar control, an architectural strategy for thermal and lighting comfort.
Large glass surfaces that visually expand the interior spaces.
Integrated vegetation, with wet gardens, green walls and garden terraces that provide biodiversity and well-being.
MasMio Guayabos is not only a building, but an urban intervention that reinterprets contemporary living. A balance between design, functionality and sustainability, which seeks to redefine the relationship between architecture and the city.
