An innovative design that, with its sculptural volumetry, chromaticity, and dynamism, will bring a fresh character to downtown Montevideo.
The common spaces that are part of the project will allow for working, studying, exercising, and socializing—all in one place. These spaces have spatial connectivity that makes the common areas a whole.
In a technologically disruptive encounter, the units will feature home automation, allowing users to manage the dynamics of the apartment and common areas from an app.
